    • Redesigning the rate card and discount policy for a major data services firm, including design of a go-to-market strategy that helped facilitate the company's migration from four product platforms down to one; continuing support post-implementation, including deal structuring, Salesforce implementation, sales rep training, new product development, et. al.

    • Development of the business intelligence process for the U.S. subsidiary of a top-ten North American bank, including strategic vision, methodology review, and data consolidation

    • Research for and development of a co-branded credit card – and associated rewards program – proposal for a cross-device (phone, tablet, laptop/desktop) horizontal shopping platform

    • Redesigning the pricing structure/membership design for a club/summer camp, then implementing the new memberships and rates and assisting with extensive change management

    • Consolidation of key performance indicator reporting for the U.S. subsidiary of a top-ten North American bank

    • Identification of potential financial services acquisition targets for a $2B+ Asian fund
